  I booked a MOT and service at this garage, as I have for the last few years. 3 weeks later I was unable to renew my car tax due to no MOT being in place. The garage assured me that it was a technical error and would be sorted out straightaway. 3 days later, several visits to the garage, telephone calls and a day of work missed trying to sort out the problem I was informed that my car had not had an MOT done and they could not get one done before I went on holiday. I asked for a refund, got charged again and went somewhere else. 6 weeks later I have finally been refunded the 2 MOT charges but am still unsure as to whether my car was even serviced. I will not be returning.
